Once we receive your order you will be sent a form where you can input your text, select your envelope color and choose your color palette (if needed). This palette will be applied to your invite, RSVP, any corresponding cards and envelope liner (if selected). You will be emailed a design proof of your invitation, RSVP option, outer envelope, and any additional pieces should you need them. One round of complimentary revisions is included with the suite.
You can expect your design proof within 3-5 business days once your information has been submitted. Overall, the process typically takes about 4-6 weeks. We do offer rush timelines for an additional fee based on availability, so please reach out to confirm we can meet your deadline in advance of placing an order.
We offer complimentary FedEx Ground within the US on all orders. You can upgrade your shipping should you need to. We’ll confirm this prior to shipment and send an invoice for any additional fees for faster shipping should you require that.
